For 2 Persons
400 grams Tomato Pure
200ml White Cream
2 Tablespoons of Tomato Paste (kunserva)
1 Tablespoon Sugar
Milk (small cup )
1/2 Glass of Red Wine
1/2 Large Onion
1Clove of Garlic
Grated Cheddar
Salt & Pepper
- Defrost the Rosette (a microwave would help 5 mins are enough).
- Place the defrosted Rosette in an Oven poof Dish.
- Meanwhile in a saucepan cook the onion & Garlic add Tomato Pure,Tomato paste(kunserva),Sugar & Red wine, Leave for 10 mins on medium Heat.
- Preheat Oven 180 degrees
- Sparkle Grated Cheddar on the Rosette and pour some white cream (Gran cucina or Hopla).
- In the meantime the tomato sauce will be ready. Pour on the Rosette ,put some Grated Cheddar again and add some milk (This should be done from the side of the Dish not all over tomato sauce).
- Final touch! Pour the remaining Cream all over the Rosette . Finish with some salt & Pepper on top
Cook for 25 Mins and Serve hot
