Coffee Gateau

This is a very simple but very yummy Gateau for all the coffee lovers :)

2 Pkt Morning Coffee
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
1 Pkt Butter (stork)
1 Teaspoon Vermouth
200 Grams Icing Sugar
1 Tins Nestle Cream
2 Tablespoons Coco Powder
2 Tablespoons Coffee
2 Tablespoons Whisky

Don't use a large dish.

Mix the butter and icing sugar and work them very well. Not with your hands, trust me! Been there done that! It's almost impossible to take off the butter from your hands afterwords!

With the Coco powder mix 2 tablespoons of hot water, vanilla & the vermouth, and mix them with the icing sugar and butter.

In a bowl boil some water to melt the coffee and add the whisky.

Now get the biscuits and dip one by one in the coffee and make a layer to cover the base of your dish. When the biscuits are ready spread a layer of the mix we did in the beginning, and repeat the same again, Layer of biscuits and layer of mix.

Mix the Nestle Cream with 3 tablespoons of sugar and pour it on top of the Gateau.  Cut some cherry's into small pieces and spread them on top of the cream if you like them, if u don't  just use flakes of chocolate :)

Refrigerate overnight before serving :)
