250 grams Butter (stork) shopped
400 grams Caster Sugar
200 grams Dark Chocolate( i don't like dark so i used normal Chocolate) chopped
2 Eggs lightly beaten
130 grams Self-raising Flour sifted
32 grams Cocoa Powder sifted
200 grams Plain Flour sifted
60 ml Water
Icing the Cake
2 tins of Nestle Cream
200 grams of Dark Chocolate or normal chocolate
Preheat the oven to 180 Degrees
In a saucepan melt the butter, when meted mix caster sugar and 200 grams of chocolate. And mix on medium to low heat for about 3 minuets. When it's done let it cool for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile shift the self- raising and plain flour and cocoa powder.
Slightly beat the eggs add them to the chocolate mixture and add the ingredients you sifted earlier. Mix every thing together with a wooden spoon.
It should look like this.
Put the mixture in a baking tray. Remember to butter the bottom and the sides very well.
While your lovely mud cake is in the oven. In a pan heat the nestle cream and the other 200 grams of chocolate until all the chocolate is melted , let it cool and refrigerate for 30 mins.
Once the cake is cooked let it cool for 30 mins and pour the chocolate in the center and let it pour by the sides then clean it later is used a glass chopping board so it was easy to just clean the mess. If you still have some chocolate left use a potato peeler and decorate the top.
