Corned Beef Pie

450grams Short Crust Pastry
2 Tins of Corned Beef
1 Onion
2 Cloves of Garlic
1 Tin of Tomato Pure (polpa)
1 oxo
4 Potatoes
1 Small tin of Peas
1 Tablespoon of Tomato Paste (kunserva)
1 Teaspoon of Sugar
1Glass of white wine
1 Egg

Cut the onion and garlic into fine pieces, cook them and add the corned beef and mash it into a pure.Then just add the oxo tomato pure,tomato paste sugar & wine mix and simmer until nearly all the liquids are gone.

In the mean time boil some water peel and cut into small cubes the potatoes.

The messy part

Cut a bit more then half the pastry and open it for the base,spread margarine all over your dish.Even if it says non stick dish don't believe him lol.

Once the corned beef is is cooked add the peas and the potatoes, cool it for e few mins,and pour all the mix in the dish containing the bast of pastry.Just open the remaining pastry for the top and you're done .

Don't forget to paste the egg on top of the pastry so it will cook to perfection :)

Cooking time is 1Hr at 180 Degrees.
