Chicken & mushroom stew


Serves 2 people

1 whole chicken breast
1 Large Onion
3 Cloves of Garlic
1 Vegetable Cube
1 Chicken Cube
2 Tin of cream
1 Glass of white wine
100 gramms Mushrooms



Slice the onion and garlic into small pieces and cook them in some oil. Then slice the mushrooms and add them to the onions & garlic, pour the glass of white wine and shred the 2 cubes and mix well, cook for 10 mins.

Slice the chicken breast and cook it in another pan in some oil. Once cooked add the tin of cream and mix everything  with the mushroom sauce.

10 minutess before you are ready to serve cook some rice, when it's ready mix in 2 tablespoons of butter.  Place the rice in the middle of the plate, make a hole in the middle and pour the chicken mixture.


And you are done.



Ps: Don't add any salt during cooking the 2 cubes are more then enough.
