Healthy Pasta

Hi Ladies How are you ?

Hope everything is well :). So yesterday me and my husband decided to stop frying and start eating more healthy food.

So today I went to the supermarket and bought some brown pasta (Misura) is really good, some Aubergines a couple of courgettes and some tomatoes.

Basically these are the ingredients

250 grams Whole grain penne

1 Aubergine

2 Large Courgettes

and 3 Large tomatoes

1 Onion

2 cloves of Garlic

1 Egg

Chop the onion and Garlic and put them in a pan in some Olive Oil few drops are enough. Then start chopping the Aubergine into small cubes ( 5 slices are enough ) then chop the courgettes and add everything in the pan. cook for about 10 mins.

Bring to boil some water in to different pans, One for the pasta and the other one for the Tomatoes.

When the water is boiling put the tomatoes in . You will know that the tomatoes are ready when the skin starts to crack. Take them out of the water and let them cool for few mins. Just peel the tomatoes and put them in the blender add 1 table spoon of tomato paste and 1 tea spoon of sugar. Mix well and cook with the mixture of aubergines and courgettes on low heat for 10 to 15 mins.

Now throw the pasta in the other boiling pan. When ready pour the water out and beat the egg with the pasta.

Add  the mixture and put it in the oven  temp 180 Degrees ,for about 20 to 30 mins until golden.

Once ready you will get this healthy oven baked Pasta.

Ps: for all those of you that are wondering how Brown pasta tastes? It tastes the same but it's more healthy that's all :)

Hope you enjoyed it, Let me know how it came :)

Great Investments

Hi ladies  !!

Don't be frightened i'm not going to mention money . But i'm just going to talk about some stuff I bought last week.

So to start with I bought the Dermalogica Special cleansing gel . My sister has been telling me to use it for ages, but since during the week I don't use makeup I always told her that it's a waist of money. OMG I was so wrong I've been using it from last Wednesday believe me when I say my skin changed. I simply love it.

They come in 2 sizes 250 ml cost 25 Euro and the large size 500 ml for 44 Euro and it includes the pump too. Now you'r going to tell me that it's expensive but 500ml it lasts more then 6 months. The thing is that you use less product still with great results but so it will last longer.

The second item is from Body Shop . Facial brush with lid. So this item pretty much works very well with the above item but I can even be used with your face wash. The bristles are very soft, you just put some drops of face wash on the bristles wet you face and  use circular motions. This will only take few seconds while you are in the shower. And your face is fresh and clean. It only costs 4.50 Euro and it will last forever and ever and ever :)

The third item is from Radox it's a Smoothie. This smells like a real Smoothie you have to buy it to really know what i'm talking about. Till now I tried Spirit Booster and my sister tried the Island Indulgence and they both smell great. The funniest thing about them, on the bottle there is written DON'T DRINK ME. So you can imagine how good hey smell. And it only costs Euro 4.50 or less from a supermarket cause I bought mine from a pharmacy.

So till next time Ladies ill try to get more products.

Turquoise polish - Splurge vs Save

Hello dear readers!

I hope you're having a great day!

I have set my eyes on Nicki Minaj's nail polish which is a collaboration with OPI. The colors in this collection are gorgeous but the one I really like is 'FLY'.

Feast your eyes on this gorgeous turquoise color!

We all know that OPI is a great brand with quality nail polishes, but if like me you always buy new nail polishes and you don't really re use them that much spending 10 euros for 1 single nail polish can seem to much.

If you like this color do not worry because I managed to find a cheap replacement which is just as good and just as bright!

The Rimmel 'Sky High' nail polish is the perfect dupe for OPI's 'FLY'. I love the applicator which is made for an easy application.

I bought this nail polish for less than 3 euros!! Isn't that a bargain?!!?

As you all know I always like to go the extra mile and experiment, so I put on some lovely pink hearts on my ring finger!

The above picture is with two coats of 'Sky High' and one coat of Rimmel's 'Ultra Shine Top Coat'

Hope you liked this post girls!

What I'm loving!!

Hello Ladies!

It feels like it's been ages since I posted a fashion post and for this I apologize!

So I thought I'd do a post about what I'm liking at the moment. Most of these items I have similar bits in my wardrobe which I am currently wearing a lot.

So here it goes!

Chiffon shirts are the perfect Spring Summer tops! They are so chic and go well with denim as well as smart outfits! It can be dressed up or down. I love them all...colored, printed, plain!
Smart Cropped trousers are in at the moment...I was never quite sure whether I liked them or not, but I found a really cute one on Sale the other day and thought it was so cheap that I'd buy it and see if I'd learn to like it. Sure enough I am in love with it. The fit is so flattering and dressed with very high heels they're gorgeous!

Flowers and flower patterns have been with us for quite some time now and they look like they're here to stay. They are so girly and cute! If you do not like the full on flower pattern why not go for a simple necklace like the one in the picture?

Neon shoes! I have set my eyes on a pair of yellow pumps and can't wait to go buy them! Color is so in at the moment and I intend to make the most of it!

I am also loving jeweled collars on tops or shirts. I really like detail as it is what makes an outfit special. I find this to be so sophisticated and makes the look more interesting! Must admit...I'm a sucker for bling!

So girls....I'm curious...tell us what are your fashion obsessions at the moment? Let's share ideas...let us know in the comments section below!!
